Training.
A real training plan, not a template. Choose Block Periodization or VDOT pacing, built around your own macrocycle, your own phases, and a pace or effort target for every session.
Loadpoint builds your training plan and the food to fuel it: periodized, personalized, and checked against real science and the U.S. government's own food database, not a guess.
The problem
You've got a training plan somewhere: a notebook, a spreadsheet, an app that only does training. And you've got a nutrition tracker that has no idea what you're training for. Neither one talks to the other. Loadpoint does both, together.
One connected system
01
A real training plan, not a template. Choose Block Periodization or VDOT pacing, built around your own macrocycle, your own phases, and a pace or effort target for every session.
02
Know exactly what to eat, and why. Daily targets built from your body and your actual training load, protected by a hard safety floor, so a training or weight goal can never push you into under-fueling.
03
From plan to plate. A grocery list and pantry that know what's already in your kitchen, with WaypointAI doing the recipe thinking and the U.S. food database checking its work.
04
A coach that shows its work. Talk to WaypointAI about your real plan and your real numbers, and always see which ones are cited science and which are Loadpoint's own best estimate.
Built for trust
Loadpoint doesn't ask you to take its word for it. Every formula behind your targets is labeled honestly: a cited published source, an adapted one, or plainly marked as Loadpoint's own estimate, and you can click through to the real paper. Every AI-estimated calorie count is checked against the U.S. government's own food database before it's ever shown to you as fact.
Who it’s for
Training for a 10k, a half, or your next marathon: Loadpoint builds the plan and fuels the week, pace by pace.
Vert, time-on-feet, and aid-station math: built around how trail and ultra runners actually train and race.
Beta open
We're looking for 10 runners, road and trail/ultra, to help us test Loadpoint before it opens up more broadly. Beta testers get full access, free, for the length of the test plus 60 days after it ends, and a locked-in founding-member rate whenever paid plans launch. In exchange, we just ask for your honest feedback.
